Bookings must be confirmed in writing withing 10 days, along with a deposit of £50 per week, the balance is payable 28 days before the start of the holiday.
The bungalow can be occupied from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
There is an additional cleaning charge of £15 from the site management team.
